Responsibilities
- Monitor advanced surveillance systems and respond to security alerts during overnight hours
- Conduct high-visibility patrols of federal facilities and critical infrastructure
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergency response
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain security documentation
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and communication systems
- Conduct threat assessments and implement security countermeasures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience or relevant military service
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CCTV operation and incident reporting systems
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and physical fitness assessment
- Familiarity with federal security regulations (FIPS, PPD-21)
