Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facilities and classified assets using advanced surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Conduct thorough security patrols and access control procedures for high-security zones
- Respond immediately to security alerts and coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation in compliance with federal protocols
- Operate and maintain specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and communication systems
- Participate in emergency response drills and security enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal security or law enforcement
- Proficiency with security software and surveillance technology
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and crisis management skills
- Physical fitness to stand/walk for extended periods and climb stairs
- Completion of federal background investigation and polygraph examination
