Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facilities and assets through advanced surveillance systems during night shifts
- Conduct regular security patrols and access control procedures at Baltimore-area installations
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation using digital platforms
- Collaborate with remote team members for seamless 24/7 security operations
- Enforce federal security protocols and conduct threat assessments
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain security clearances and certifications
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Proficiency in surveillance technology and report writing software
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness assessment
