Responsibilities
- Monitor advanced surveillance systems and patrol federal installations during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct access control screenings and credential verification for personnel entering secure facilities
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency incidents with rapid tactical coordination
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain digital security logs using federal compliance systems
- Collaborate with CBP, FBI, and local law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement preventive security measures
- Operate specialized equipment including biometric scanners and communication devices
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Minimum 3 years experience in law enforcement, military, or federal security roles
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass rigorous background check, polygraph examination, and physical fitness assessment
- Proficiency in security software, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert during overnight shifts
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
