Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols and surveillance of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for personnel and visitors
- Respond immediately to security breaches and coordinate with federal law enforcement
- Maintain detailed incident reports using digital security management platforms
- Operate X-ray scanners, metal detectors, and biometric verification systems
- Conduct emergency response drills and threat assessments during off-hours
- Collaborate with federal agencies to address cross-jurisdictional security concerns
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) on rotating schedule
- Proficiency in CBRNE detection protocols and emergency response procedures
- Strong observational skills and threat assessment capabilities
- Successful completion of federal background investigation and polygraph
- Physical fitness to meet federal security standards (including lifting 50 lbs)
