Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols and surveillance of federal buildings during overnight hours
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Enforce federal regulations and conduct security screenings
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with federal partners to implement threat mitigation strategies
- Provide emergency response and first aid when required
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience or military service
- CA Guard Card and firearms certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of federal security protocols (FEMA, DHS standards)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Excellent crisis management and communication skills
