Responsibilities
- Monitor facility premises via CCTV systems and patrols during night shifts
- Screen visitors and staff using access control systems and identification protocols
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies per federal procedures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Conduct regular equipment checks and security system maintenance
- Enforce federal security regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to pass background check and medical fitness evaluation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
