Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facility premises via CCTV systems and patrols during overnight hours
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency incidents with immediate action
- Conduct thorough access control for personnel and vehicles at entry/exit points
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for federal compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Enforce federal security protocols and conduct routine safety inspections
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years experience in security, law enforcement, or military background
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance technology
- Strong communication skills for emergency response and reporting
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and emergency response duties
