Responsibilities
- Monitor facility security systems and enforce federal safety protocols during the night shift.
- Perform high-volume data entry and document management with strict attention to accuracy.
- Respond promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate resolution with day-shift operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of inventory, supplies, and facility access for federal reporting.
- Conduct routine inspections of workspaces to ensure a clean, organized, and secure environment.
- Process incoming federal communications and facilitate inter-departmental communication.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
