Responsibilities
- Monitor Federal Systems: Oversee and manage automated security systems and data feeds during night shifts to ensure 100% uptime and security.
- Document Verification: Process and verify sensitive federal documentation and logs with extreme accuracy and confidentiality.
- Incident Response: Identify and escalate potential security breaches or operational anomalies immediately to senior supervisors.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all night operations strictly adhere to federal regulations, OSHA standards, and company protocols.
- Report Generation: Compile nightly activity logs and submit detailed reports to the command center for review.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of monitoring equipment to prevent operational downtime.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance (or willing to apply).
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality in previous employment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary federal software systems quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
