Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight federal facility operations and security protocols
- Coordinate emergency response and crisis management during night shifts
- Manage team performance and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Document operational incidents and maintain detailed audit trails
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transition of duties
- Conduct facility inspections and safety compliance checks
- Train night-shift staff on federal procedures and emergency protocols
- Report directly to Regional Operations Director
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- 3+ years supervisory experience in federal/state/local government
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in emergency response protocols and crisis management
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (FEMA, DHS, OSHA)
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
