Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of federal supply chain logistics and inventory management.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for government audits.
- Coordinate with government personnel and internal teams to resolve logistical discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent loss and ensure stock accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Public Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in federal contracting, logistics, or warehousing is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary government security clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare detailed reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
