As a Federal Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our government facilities during weekend hours. We value reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Communications: Process incoming mail, faxes, and emails with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and assist federal employees and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of agency activities and personnel.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the weekend office environment is secure, clean, and fully operational.
- Support Coordination: Assist administrative leads with weekend scheduling and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for U.S. government employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
