Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate reports on federal compliance metrics.
- Support the procurement process by reviewing federal contracts and ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for senior leadership meetings.
- Maintain accurate and secure records of personnel and financial data in accordance with OPM guidelines.
- Coordinate with various agency stakeholders to streamline operational workflows.
- Monitor updates to federal legislation and interpret their impact on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: Associate's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a federal or government-related environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and OPM guidelines is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
- Security: Must be able to pass a standard background check and security clearance process.
