Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Utilize federal systems for data entry, record management, and case tracking
- Coordinate with multiple federal agencies for benefit verification
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence in compliance with federal regulations
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and document scanning
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for sensitive veteran information
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work 20-25 hours weekly
