Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and security of federal computing resources and applications.
- Monitor system logs and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime and security breaches.
- Document technical procedures, user guides, and incident reports in accordance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal information security policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for federal employment.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Experience with desktop support, hardware installation, and software configuration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
