Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support to federal employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
  • Monitor system performance and security logs to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary patches.

  • Document all technical procedures, incidents, and changes in accordance with federal IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the security team to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST guidelines.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal government requirements.
  • Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent military/technical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
