Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and filing of federal documentation and case files with high accuracy.
- Conduct research and data entry for various federal compliance and reporting projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, applicants, and government agencies to resolve inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date records in secure database systems in compliance with strict regulations.
- Support audit preparation by organizing physical and digital files.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay current on policy changes.
- Provide administrative support for local government initiatives in the San Jose region.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen with the proper authorization.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or public service is a plus.
