Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support for federal agency contracts and special projects.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of federal regulations, compliance standards, and legislative changes.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and memoranda for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Manage and organize classified and unclassified records in strict accordance with security protocols.
- Facilitate clear communication between federal clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the coordination of virtual and on-site training sessions for federal personnel.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within the agreed-upon timeframes.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal roles.
- Active or eligibility for a U.S. Government Security Clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within the federal government or as a government contractor.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory language.
