Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal applications and citizen inquiries with high accuracy.
- Update and maintain confidential databases regarding personnel and case files.
- Conduct research to support policy development and administrative decision-making.
- Prepare and organize briefing materials, reports, and documentation for senior officials.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency procedures, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and the general public via phone and email.

Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Must successfully complete a federal background investigation and fingerprinting.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); Associate's degree preferred.
