Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits compliance experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and PBGC guidelines
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CFA, CPA) or willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial documents
