Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS) and ERISA regulations
- Professional certification (CEBS, CCP, or QKA) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software and Excel
