Responsibilities
- Manage federal pension plan administration ensuring strict adherence to OPM regulations
- Conduct comprehensive benefit counseling for pre-retirement and retired federal employees
- Analyze pension fund investments and actuarial projections for portfolio optimization
- Develop and implement compliance protocols for CSRS and FERS retirement systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CBP) or federal HR credentials
- Expertise in federal retirement systems (CSRS/FERS) and TSP regulations
- Advanced proficiency with federal benefits software (e.g., HRIS, BENEFITS)
