- Conduct complex benefit calculations and actuarial adjustments
- Respond to urgent beneficiary inquiries during night shift hours

- Collaborate with regional offices to resolve pension discrepancies
- Generate quarterly compliance reports for federal audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
