Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans with 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Process retirement claims and disbursements during night shift hours
- Conduct audits of pension plan documents and financial records
- Respond to complex participant inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with IRS and ERB for cross-agency coordination
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for federal oversight bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k), and federal retirement regulations
- Proficiency in SAP Federal Financials or similar systems
- Valid federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
