We are currently hiring for a Weekend Shift role that allows you to work a flexible schedule while contributing to the efficiency of federal pension administration.
Responsibilities
- Process and review federal pension applications submitted during weekend hours.
- Verify eligibility and documentation for Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) and CSRS plans.
- Provide exceptional customer support to federal retirees regarding their pension inquiries.
- Ensure accurate data entry into federal databases and internal systems.
- Collaborate with the HR department to resolve complex benefits issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or pension processing.
- Strong knowledge of federal retirement systems is highly preferred.
- Availability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field is a plus.
