- Respond to weekend inquiries from participants regarding retirement benefits
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for Department leadership
- Collaborate with state agencies on pension enforcement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years pension plan administration experience
- Federal ERISA compliance certification (CEBS or similar)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)
- Clear understanding of IRS 401(k) and pension distribution rules
