- Process and review incoming claims, applications, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records in federal databases and ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel and financial data.
- Communicate with applicants via phone and email to provide status updates and clarify procedural requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, OPM guidelines, and agency protocols.
- Support team initiatives aimed at streamlining the pension processing workflow and improving customer service.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision on repetitive tasks.
