Responsibilities
- Administer and manage federal pension plans according to OPM regulations
- Process retirement applications and benefit adjustments with 100% accuracy
- Respond to complex pension inquiries from federal employees and retirees
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal pension laws
- Maintain secure digital records using specialized pension software

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience with federal pension systems
- Strong knowledge of TSP, FERS, and CSRS retirement plans
- Proficiency in federal pension software (e.g., PBMS, PRISM)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Federal background clearance eligibility
