Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for senior leadership

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on land management practices
- Present findings to congressional committees and stakeholder groups
- Develop implementation strategies for new federal policies
- Maintain compliance with federal records management standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3+ years of federal government or policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in GIS software and statistical analysis tools
- Expert knowledge of NEPA and federal land management statutes
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal budget processes and grant administration
