Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare legislation impacts on Texas communities
- Develop policy briefs for congressional stakeholders
- Manage cross-agency healthcare program implementation

- Coordinate with state/local government partners
- Present findings to senior federal leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in healthcare data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in CMS and HHS regulatory frameworks
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Texas public sector network preferred
