Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal policies related to border security, counterterrorism, and disaster response

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in federal policy analysis or public sector role
- Expertise in homeland security frameworks and federal regulations
- Proficient with statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with interagency collaboration and stakeholder management
