Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed policy briefings and recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with state and local government officials on implementation strategies
- Monitor legislative developments and assess implications for agency programs
- Present findings to congressional committees and stakeholder groups
- Manage multiple high-priority projects with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (Bachelor's with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 3 years of federal government or policy analysis experience
- Expertise in economic development principles and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with policy impact assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of North Carolina and Georgia economic landscapes preferred
