Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis and provide strategic recommendations to federal agencies
- Research and evaluate emerging policy trends affecting public sector initiatives
- Develop comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement federal programs effectively
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and legislative frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications and public outreach initiatives
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support evidence-based policymaking
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of federal legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
