Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and compliance gaps
- Develop data-driven recommendations for enhancing veteran service delivery systems
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Prepare detailed reports and policy briefings for senior leadership review
- Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
- Implement process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor regulatory changes and update program protocols accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program analysis or public sector experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grants management
- Strong project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
