Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare program data and performance metrics to inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to ensure federal compliance and program effectiveness
- Develop comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Manage grant allocation processes and monitor expenditure for healthcare initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement federal healthcare programs across 11 counties
- Conduct site visits and compliance audits for healthcare service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program analysis or healthcare policy experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in healthcare data interpretation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid, and ACA regulations
