Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to optimize resource allocation and process efficiency
- Develop strategic recommendations for policy improvements based on data-driven insights
- Manage grant funding cycles and ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for high-impact projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal program management or policy analysis
- Proficiency with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR Part 200)
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SPSS, or Tableau
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience with budget formulation and financial reporting
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
