Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with federal financial regulations.
- Analyze program performance data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the successful delivery of federal contracts.
- Facilitate communication between internal staff and external government clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with agency policies.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal project management, program analysis, or government contracting.
- Experience with federal financial systems (e.g., SAP, Deltek) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and other compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable government security clearance.
