Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize veteran service delivery initiatives
- Develop data-driven recommendations for program improvement and policy refinement
- Manage grant allocations and ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate with state agencies in Georgia to align regional program objectives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive veteran information in accordance with federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant management systems
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with Veterans Affairs systems or federal healthcare programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
