Responsibilities
- Analyze current federal program operations to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and deliverables for federal agency contracts.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor program budget allocation and ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and technical departments, to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research and assess competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage communications to ensure alignment across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Political Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in federal program management, analysis, or project management.
- Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Salesforce).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal government processes, compliance standards, and grant management principles.
