Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance reports
- Develop policy recommendations for homeland security initiatives
- Coordinate cross-agency projects with federal/state/local partners
- Prepare budget allocations and resource allocation reports
- Conduct risk assessments for critical infrastructure programs
- Manage grant application processes and compliance reviews
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of federal program management experience
- GS-11 level or equivalent federal service experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Citizenship verification required
