Responsibilities
- Program Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of federal programs, ensuring alignment with agency goals and strategic objectives.
- Contract Administration: Monitor contract performance, manage deliverables, and ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between federal clients and internal technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Data Analysis: Analyze program metrics and performance data to generate actionable insights and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are consistently met on time and within budget.
- Reporting: Create and maintain project schedules, budget forecasts, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal program management, contract administration, or a related role.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience with federal grant management software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal procurement regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
