Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement within the VA network.
- Develop and maintain strategic program plans, ensuring alignment with federal mandates and organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure fiscal responsibility in program execution.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend evidence-based solutions to complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis, data management, or federal project management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and VA-specific policies is highly desirable.
