Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal program performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor budget allocations and ensure fiscal accountability for assigned programs
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends affecting homeland security programs
- Ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, and agency policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R) and reporting software
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement regulations and grant management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare complex reports
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience working with remote teams using digital collaboration platforms
- U.S. citizenship required
