Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare detailed executive reports for senior leadership
- Develop strategic recommendations to enhance federal program efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and ensure compliance with OMB and GAO standards
- Manage complex budgets and justify funding requests through rigorous data analysis
- Conduct policy research and impact assessments for regulatory changes
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project teams
- Present findings to congressional stakeholders and oversight committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and federal budget systems
- Knowledge of GPRA, PART, and federal acquisition regulations
- Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive briefings
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
