Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance reports
- Develop strategic recommendations for veterans' service improvements
- Collaborate with Georgia-based regional partners on cross-state initiatives
- Prepare budget proposals and resource allocation plans
- Conduct stakeholder briefings for congressional delegations
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage inter-agency projects with FEMA and DoD partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise
- Ability to travel 10% of time (including Georgia sites)
- U.S. citizenship required
