Responsibilities
- Design and implement federal program evaluations using advanced statistical methodologies

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for federal security clearance
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal grant management (OMB Circular A-21)
- Proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, HRIS)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with SPSS/R/Python
- Demonstrated experience with federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
