Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate program performance and efficiency metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior federal leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations, guidelines, and agency policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within strict federal deadlines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new federal initiatives and strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal positions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program analysis or federal project management.
- Strong knowledge of government contracting and federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and federal data management systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
