Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic program plans aligned with VA's mission and federal guidelines
- Manage budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal oversight and reporting

- Conduct performance audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in high-stakes environments
- Ensure full compliance with OMB, GAO, and VA-specific regulations
- Present program outcomes to congressional stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal program management experience with VA/DoD/DHS
- Active Secret security clearance
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Advanced proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, VISTA)
- Proven track record of managing complex healthcare or social service programs
