Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in homeland security protocols and FEMA/NIMS frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $5M
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
